I ordered a 30.00 order online. My order was taken my card charged and 45 min later get a message that they have no delivery driver. When I called for a refund both "managers" were rude to me and I was informed that my refund will take 3-5 buisness days. Why take an order, charge the customer for that order when you knew you had no delivery driver. BAD Buisness Jimmy Johns!! The only reason I gave 1 star is because this app wont let me give negative stars. Double negative to the two "Managers" I spoke to and tripple to Destiny for hanging up on me. I have a Subway the center I work in so from now on Subway it is!!

This JJ has some great customer service ?. Staff will greet you as soon as you walk in ?? and are quick to take your order. The inside is always clean and relaxing. If you want to take your meal outside, there is also table and chairs to seat. Sandwiches are pretty good but pricey compared to other restaurants. The soda machine is limited to only a few flavor drinks. Also, JJ does only cold subs and no hot subs, which is a bummer. There's plenty of parking ?️ spots.Parking: Never an issue with parking. Plenty of parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a few parking spots available for handicap.

One employee was making the subs by herself while another employee was on her phone. Waited 20 minutes for my sandwich that I never got because I left the store. The owner of this JJ should hire a new staff ?

It seems that each time that I order from this Jimmy John’s whether online or thru the app and modify my order, they mess up each and every time. I do not like tomatoes but I would hate to be allergic to tomato’s because each and every time I make an order with no NO tomato they put the juiciest tomato in the sandwich which leave's that tomato taste throughout the sandwich. Which is disappointing since the sandwiches are so good when made right. I order cheese and each time I get charged for it but the cheese gets missed. For me, I will only be ordering in person at this location as I can’t run the risk of getting an incorrect sandwich and then being left with no time to eat it because I have to take up my lunch break getting it corrected. 30 mins goes by really quickly.

I placed an order with Jimmy Johns for my company, through (ezCarter). I placed the order on January 12th and Jimmy Johns confirmed the order the same day. The order was for January 19th to be delivered at 10:45am. The order was re-confirmed again on January 19th. On January 19th it was 10:45am and the food was not delivered yet. I called the third party (ezCarter), and they told me that Jimmy Johns didn't see the order and that my food would be delivered in 30 minutes. I waited 30 more minutes, and the food was still not delivered. I called (ezCarter) again and they told me it would be another 30 minutes. At this point it was already 11:55am. My supervisor went physically to the restaurant, and no one was taking responsibility for the issue. It was a disaster. My supervisor came back with the order around 12:30pm when it was supposed to be delivered at 10:45am and it was also supposed to be delivered. If Jimmy Johns was extremely busy, they could have asked us if it was possible for us to pick up instead, but instead they had us wait almost two hours for our food. We will not be ordering from them again. This was not the first time they did this.

Worst Jimmy John's in the state, maybe the country. Took TWO HOURS to deliver two sandwiches, three blocks away. And after waiting for 2 hours, they couldn't even get the sandwiches right. We threw them away after two bites. Never ordering here again. Probably won't get Jimmy John's again any time soon.

called my phone for literally 1 second w no voice message, just to tell us when we got to the store that they didn’t have what I asked for, then tried to claim that they called me ? ?? thennn tried not to give me my money’s worth in replacement of what they didn’t have, i had to hassle with him about him. so annoying.

I order for delivery from here not very often due to the fact that for some reason it takes their delivery drivers 30mins or longer to deliver my food. I don’t even live 30mins away from the store and yet it still takes that long for my food to get to me after calling the store to figure out where it is in the first place. Keep in mind I order delivery during times of low traffic. So much for freaky fast delivery.

Worst jimmy johns out there. Took them an hour and 12 minutes when they are 7 min from me. Sandwich was completely flat and they forgot our drinks. The last time we ordered they closed an hour and a half early. Terrible sandwiches terrible service. I seriously don’t know how you can be so bad at making sandwiches. It is not rocket science, you guys have so many reviews on how bad you guys are. Really? Don’t tell me to just “please go share with the owner”.

I ordered from Jimmy John's with high hopes their delivery would be freaky fast. But they ended up being freaky slow ?. Their store is 2 miles from my house (~7 minute drive?) it took 46 minutes to get my food. Maybe I caught them on a busy or understaffed day...idk. Also, the sandwiches weren't good at all... they were kind of ?. I don't think I'll be ordering food from here again?.

Poor customer service. Walked in, no greeting nor acknowledgement (person right by the register didn't even bother to look my way). Eventually, someone walked up, lethargically, to the register. Told them I had a pre-order for 5:17pm, said they were barely making it (thought it'd be ready by then, so much for the "no wait"). Tables were dirty. Thankfully, I wasn't eating there. Other than that, food was good as always. Customer service is what makes the difference, though.
