This JJ has some great customer service ?. Staff will greet you as soon as you walk in ?? and are quick to take your order. The inside is always clean and relaxing. If you want to take your meal outside, there is also table and chairs to seat. Sandwiches are pretty good but pricey compared to other restaurants. The soda machine is limited to only a few flavor drinks. Also, JJ does only cold subs and no hot subs, which is a bummer. There's plenty of parking ?️ spots.Parking:...read full review
One employee was making the subs by herself while another employee was on her phone. Waited 20 minutes for my sandwich that I never got because I left the store. The owner of this JJ should hire a new staff ?

I ordered a 30.00 order online. My order was taken my card charged and 45 min later get a message that they have no delivery driver. When I called for a refund both "managers" were rude to me and I was informed that my refund will take 3-5 buisness days. Why take an order, charge the customer for that order when you knew you had no delivery driver. BAD Buisness Jimmy Johns!!
