The staff are great and personable. Their leadership decision making is lacking. The place had water damage for a while. Ceiling tiles were just missing with buckets to catch water. Playing pool wasn't as fun.
Changed rating from 4 Stars to 3Now under new ownership the place has been updated and upgraded but dulled down greatly. Karaoke (which used to be Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun) is now VERY limited. We used to enjoy dancing there but that's gone now. And the customer service is a hit with some but a major miss with others. My visits are now very scarce due to an employee I believe is named Amanda... she finds EVERY opportunity to attack women she finds intimidating. She's...
