Normally, when you pull up to the drive thru box, the person would greet you and either say they'll be with you in a moment or they'll take your order. Today, they did neither. I chose not to place an order, I don't really care for Dunkin that much anyways. Besides, they had quite the line building up behind me while I waited about five-ish minutes. To be honest, I've been here two other times, they were great then. Today just wasn't my day.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today. 3/30/26 around lunch I stopped in this D&D location and was met by a wonderful young lady by the name of Nalani L . Her customer service was absolutely amazing! She gave me manager vibes and if she isn’t she should be. She was flying all over the place crushing orders and her team seemed to like her and follow her directions well. I ordered ahead on the app, about 10 minutes before arriving. I typically get there with just enough time to grab it and go to work. I get there and they are out of coffee and make me wait 10 minutes in the store. Not only that, but they had the milk sitting in the ice already this whole time so the milk was just watering down while I was waiting. A coffee place should not be out of coffee on a weekday morning, especially a location that is all about convenience.
