Im not a big order at the counter person. I didn't realize till I got there that it was. The person who took my order I think really didn't want to be there, so no personality. Food was warm not hot. Got a protein bowl its was good not what I expected. Over priced I think for what we had. I probably won't go back.

Shortly after I wrote my review, manager/owner came and asked how the food was. I was able to express the tortilla was cold for my liking, and she said she’d talk to kitchen to leave it on grill a bit longer. Thanks!! I’ll be back to try different items.

I eat a Keto diet and I wanted a break from cooking breakfast for myself this morning, so I came here to try their Low-Carb Power Bowl for under $10.
New Penny Cafe absolutely delivered! I was happy that I wasn't asked to pick one of many equally carb-intensive sides, as that was what I was trying to get away from with other breakfast restaurants.
