The food was delicious and delivered fresh. The rice to meat ration was way off. There was entirely too much rice for my combo meal. The salad wasn’t what was displayed in the picture but the dressing was good. The macaroni salad was awesome.

Went for lunch. The cashier had an amazing attitude which made me feel welcomed. Food was ok. Combo I got said it came with a salad. I'm thinking it has to be be macaroni salad right. No it was a weird type of garden salad. Was really upset because that's why I went there was for the macaroni salad. It's my fault but just be sure you don't make the same mistake as me in ordering. Also a small Mac salad is like $5 like half of a meal so that's why I didn't order it on the side

Great food, just wish they would allow swapping certain items in some of the combo plates, even if it were at a slight upcharge. I did ask, but was told no they can't.

So! Went in for lunch. Ordered Katsu chicken plate. When it came out, it was burnt. I should have got a picture, but it's early, and I wasn't thinking. Lol, then I realized that it was still pink on the inside? Do you know how much effort is needed to burn something and undercook it at the same time? I know what happened. The chicken was still par frozen when it was cooked. So no biggie, right? I went and told the cashier, and her response was, "That's just how it comes." I was told they could remake it, but that's how it's going to come out. Not cool. This is my go-to meal at every Hawaiian bbq place. That and sticky buns that they don't have. I get it. No one cares anymore..... Do yourself a favor and just go to L&L or any other Hawaiian BBQ spot and get something decent to eat.
Who doesn't love their Maccaroni Salad?? But honestly, their food is so tasty and the portions are filling. I just wish I had one closer to home so I could get it more often! Only reason I only gave 4 stars, is cause we ate at the place and it was really drafty everything the doors opened. Honestly, it is probably fine when it's not winter in Aeizona lol
