I don't come often but recently I stopped by in person. I was waiting for quiet a while while cashier helped and explained menu options to a new customer and the line was starting to build. I wasn't upset and was waiting patiently when Alyssa noticed, took initiative and walked over to introduce the self order kiosk I hadn't noticed lol. She walked me through it patiently and quickly. She then continued to clear the line in no time. Just wanted to give a shout out...

I visited a Hawaiian barbecue restaurant with a friend while celebrating her pre-wedding occasion. Just a heads-up—this place doesn’t have table service. You order at the counter, and when your number is called, you go up and pick up your food. It’s more of a casual, grab-and-go style setup.

That said, the food itself was very flavorful and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quick, tasty meal in a laid-back environment, this is a good spot to check out....

Cathy has exceptional customer service. 👏 she needs a raise and praise! I was in Thursday night and ordered food. One of my items was missing once I got home and noticed. Cathy took it upon herself to try to refund me over the phone. However that didnt work. She called me a couple times to figure out what she could do. she was working the next day and was able to make my order and get it right to me. Thank you again Cathy!
