My first visit here. I was stunned at how high the prices were. I saw some of the food patrons (not many) were eating and looked horrific, so I didn't order food. I had a small bottle of lemonade (over $6) and won't be back.

Disappointing Experience at Avondale Panera Bread I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Panera Bread location in Avondale on 99th. This was my second visit to Panera in two days, as I had such a positive experience at the 20th Street and Highland location the day before. The service and sandwich there were outstanding, prompting me to return to Panera again. Unfortunately, my experience at the Avondale location was the complete opposite. The sandwich I received was of subpar quality, and when I called to speak to the manager, she was unapologetic and even displayed a bit of an attitude when I requested the regional manager's name. She also claimed not to have his number. I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of food at this particular Panera location. I would strongly advise against visiting this Panera Bread and instead recommend selecting a more pleasant and clean establishment. The sandwich in the picture speaks for itself. If you're looking for a delightful Panera experience, I highly recommend visiting the location on 20th Street and Highland. You'll undoubtedly leave a happy customer.
I ordered a bowl my wife ordered a cup of soup, the quantity of the soup was actually the same, but mine since it was a bowl can't in a larger vessel & like $2'ish more.
Very disappointed in the prices. That was my last visit, didn't get your monies worth.

Rude manager. Her name is Camare has no sense of customer service or positive attitude. Sighed when we struggled to find the item we desired and did not bother helping me find the one. Have no idea how she became manager, Panera must be struggling to find good employees.

Clean. Fast service. Active staff that is always doing some Panera Magic. Definitely a highly recommended spot if you want to just take a minute to yourself. Good music. Nice location near Dollar Tree, Guitar Center and Five and Below. I will come backk if near.

It was the worst. Small portions, barely any cheese on the cheese steak, peppers were super sweet. Tasted like sweetened with saccharine. Awful and expensive.
This place is a dump. Not clean at all. Tables are sticky. When asking employees for assistance ordering they say they don’t know how to use the kiosk. The layout of the restaurant is terrible. Bathrooms in the very back and then there’s a code. So you have to walk all the way to the other side of the restaurant to ask an employee. Also every single person had AirPods in. Food is just ok.

MANAGER ROCIO SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO BE A MANAGER. She’s a plain ol liar. had a TERRIBLE MEAL with my first order.. I called and spoke with manager ROCIO who then said they would replace my order if I came in .. I came in and they said they were not gonna honor anything they said. Osmara also said she wouldn’t attempt to help me.. My advice is to save yourself and don’t come to this place.
Update: Manager Camara made everything up for us! She’s the best and should really be promoted — she’s sweet, kind, attentive, and very professional.
