My husband and I came to this location to have some lunch this afternoon around three thirty. We used the drive through hoping it would be fast as we were in a hurry. The cashier took our order, spoke very fast, did not repeat the order, got the order incorrect. Our food was very cold. Here comes what really pissed me off. I included pictures of my receipt and what they charged me at the bank. It seems the cashier likes to add her own tip to the end of each transaction. Be aware, always check your account. Don't trust the receipt. At my job I would be fired for this as that is called theft. It's very disturbing to know that they can charge you more money after you've already left the drive through.

Keep an eye on those bank statements folks!! So the wife and I stopped at this Popeye's prior to starting our Amazon Flex shift as we figured we should get some sustenance prior to delivering those sweet sweet Amazon packages. Unfortunately we chose a location that was a complete trainwreck, right down to the employee "working" the drive through. It was a simple order. Nothing anyone with a few working braincells couldn't handle. Two chicken sandwich combos, one with out Mayo. I'm pretty sure the antisocial toddler who took our order was enjoying their first day on planet Earth. She fills our sodas right away and let them sit in the window under the hot sun to get nice and watery for us. Which is really a moot point because I think they haven't cleaned the soda machines since they opened the store. It's pretty hard to screw up soda but these guys were totally up for the challenge. We proceeded to wait 10 more minutes watching the soda sit while our dry mouth begged for just a tiny bit of salivation. The long wait was for them to make ONE of the sandwiches fresh while dishing out old fries and one old sandwich, all of which were ice cold. At last we get the food. Had to remind her of the sodas since she tried shutting the window before giving them to us. My wife's sandwich had about a pube hair's worth of spicy sauce. Mine had a whopping amount of mayo (remember i said no mayo earlier?) and no pickles. The employee's brain clearly heard mayo and thought pickles I guess. Not the end of the world but annoying to say the least. Here's where the fun part begins. Our bill was 20.65 and that's what our receipt says. After checking our bank statement we noticed this girl added an extra 20% (almost down to the penny) onto our bill after the fact. Which means this scholar of an employee decided to help herself to a tip after we left. So the amount on our statement said 24.78. Clearly this girl doesn't think people follow up on charges. We couldn't return immediately since we had to start our delivery shift. But we called for hours and kept getting nothing but a busy signal so clearly they weren't interested in phone calls. We called the corporate number and supplied screenshots of bank statement and receipt and an investigation has been started. I'm not holding my breath but we'll see what happens. So again, check your bank statement immediately after if you actually decide to risk ordering from this place. These people have their hands in your pocket. You have been warned!

This place needs new management. I ordered online and they gave my order to someone else tried and tried giving me the wrong order. When I explained that this was not my order they gave me attitude and we had to wait forever to remake. This place needs organization and a leader to lead. Wasted 40$

If I could give this store a zero stars I would. I have been to this location 5x and each time I have received poor customer service that the people working here hate their job (this Popeyes needs to hire better people), wrong order, missing items and long wait time. Today, my son had a gift card otherwise I would not have went to Popeyes (Canes is 100% better) and the girl at the window says my gift card is not working and she hands me the credit machine out the window and tell me to try it myself. I told her why doesn't she enter the gift card numbers and she tells me my gift card is not working. When I got home I called 1-888 gift card number to check the balance and there was $15 on the gift card. Message to the Store Managers please train your employees on customer service and accuracy. I will no longer stop at this location!!

Bad service, cashier a young boy was very rude.Please teach McDowell team to be respectful this boy can't no be working with customer Service.I don't remember his name but he speaks Spanish , service was 04/07/24 6:30pm.Customer paid for the food is not free we deserve better services.

Drive through took a solid 15-20 minutes.Fries came soggy, chicken soggy-ish. And a drink full of ice, of course. Like a full cup of ice, then soda added.

I’m really frustrated with this location. They always mess my order up where I’m missing items. At another time I waited for over 20 minutes outside for my order and they didn’t even had the courtesy to bring it out to my car I had to get off and to make matters worse you trying calling this location and it rings busy 24/7.

My husband and I came here for lunch today. We ordered the 8 chicken package. Julie, who was the cashier, was super friendly and very helpful! You can tell that the customers love her! Our classic chicken and bean & rice were delicious! The sweet tea tasted fresh. This is the best Popeyes experience we’ve had so far here in AZ!

We sat in the drive-through for 15 mins. I normally wouldn't make a big deal as long as the food was fresh and hot. The food was old looking, room temperature, and not good. And the lady had the nerve to say "Sorry about the wait, we're just waiting on your fresh made chicken"... um no, it was not fresh, so I have no idea what was taking so long. They screwed up one of the meals. You'd think if they were in there for that long they could at least make sure they gave us the correct items. We won't be going to this location again.
