I come here often and there are usually problems associated with the accuracy of my order. The food is never bad but the service and response time needs to be improved. Additionally whenever I try to call I will never get a response over the phone and employees will activly avoid picking. When I have gone in I have overheard them telling each other to deliberately not pick up the phone in Spanish believing no one in the restaurant will understand or overhear them.
I come here very often and every time I do everyone is always so welcoming I was helped by a young girl with blue hair she was so sweet I come here often and I like to talk a lot and she made me feel seen she talked to be back as she made the order that's great customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location I love that chicken!
Incredibly frustrating they served me old and cold food tenders and fries. I literally cannot chew the food they gave me because the texture is hard. Therefore I was sold food that was inedible. Ruined my day as I can only get food at certain times of the day. Do not recommend ordering from here.
