Ordered a caniac combo for my kids grabbed keychup from the dispenser by the fountain drinks and it was spoiled . My kids kept complaining about something tasting funny when i smelled the ketchup i almost puked . I went and made the manager aware after 30 mins i went and checked same spoiled ketchup was left there for other people to grab potentially making everyone sick. Manager shouldve took the ketchup out immediately. Completely unacceptable. Clients health should be a priority and they showed otherwise .

By now I feel i've been to all Cane's in town and this one is by far the worst.
Weird misters showering your car in November, attendant sagging and either high or careless about his job but the important thing, the food:
Literally ordered two of the same thing, a 3 finger combo. One didn't have a sauce, one have most fries, small chicken fingers, the other was the opposite. Fries were undercooked and bread was soggy.

I love the baked chicken fingers, I’m gluten intolerant and they really make it doable for the entire family.

The cashier was a lovely lady that I look forward to seeing again sometime.

Went on a Thursday at 9pm, the fries were cold, and the bread was also cold. The bread was only toasted on one side. The only thing that (thankfully) was hot was the chicken. The quality keeps disappointing at night now. 😏

Three days ago, my friends and I went to Canes. The toast and chips were good and tasty. I don't think food has much oil. The staff were friendly and the Service was very good. The restaurant was very clean but there are many people. The music was not loud and the food was not expensive.

Quality has gone down tremendously within the last few months.
