I just recently went to Cane's and ordered one Cane's combo and one box combo. They shorted me two strips on the Cane's combo. You guys need to get your act together and stop playing games in the back! Thanks a lot for ripping me off!!

Amazing chicken fingers as always! This location is always busy after 6pm on week days.

Really good but it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich

My experience here at this location went terrible, it took half an hour just to get a box combo and it came to realization my order was never placed. I asked an ignorant young medium length brunette young lady about the wait and she completely ignored it till I asked this other worker and she told me my order was never placed and she fixed it.

6/20/25 I actually ordered from Canes on Dysart off of the I-10, spent $40+ plus the $2 fee that they charge since they’re not eligible through DoorDash which is fine, whatever.. when I got my order I only got the drinks. I go to customer service and apparently they just wanted to refund me $7 which is INSANE!! Demanded to get the full refund and I did. I should have learned my lesson too but I didn’t, I ended up ordering again but from THIS Canes. Same things, just added $2 more for tip from my previous tip on the other order since it’s a bit further from my house. My new doordasher sends me a picture of just the drinks (again) but I see in the picture the actual receipt and there’s the full order, i immediately call my doordasher to ask him about the missing items. He said they only gave him the drinks and when he saw the receipt for $40 he was smart enough to think “hey, there’s no way this person is paying $40 just for 3 drinks, I’m missing the meals” apparently the people there told him that’s the only thing I had ordered but this doordasher stood on business and had them give him the rest of my order. Again, I should have learned my lesson from my previous encounter with the canes on Dysart but i was really craving it. Too hot to drive so that’s the only reason why I decided to order online. Never again will I be doing that. It’s crazy how this happened TWICE in one day from TWO LOCATIONS.
