The customer service was great today however it is ridiculous that there is no manager on site to help out these poor employees, they were backed up on order had angry customers when it came to pick ups, and want refunds issued but the employees did not have the power so had to jot down numbers. One of the girls tried to have her manager turn of orders via messages and clearly that manager did not care. Do better or hirer more staff especially on the weekend.

Updating previous review came in on Saturday and had a decent experience. They were taking orders upfront.

Went in on a Sunday morning to be told before I ordered they are only taking kiosk orders and it would be an hour to make a cup of juice.

They are consistent with the way they make their drinks here which I appreciate!

I have been coming to this location since it opened. Unfortunately, in recent visits, the level of customer service has been very poor. Several associates have been rude and unwelcoming.

It seems businesses are increasingly hiring teenagers who lack basic manners. Upon entering, we received no greeting from the two associates behind the counter. We stood waiting nearly 10 minutes before being directed to the self-pay kiosk. While automation is a trend in business, physical employees who make eye contact should at least acknowledge us with a greeting and let us know about the self-pay kiosk. I'm happy to say we took out business elsewhere.

Robeks makes great smoothies, and they never fail to deliver quality drinks and food. However, my negative review is for one reason: the wait times are just too long. I want to start by saying that I cannot and will not blame employees. They try their hardest. I will, however, blame management. I’ve come here multiple times, mostly on Saturdays or Sundays, and it’s almost always full of people. And how many people do they have working? 2. So naturally, orders come out slow, and you can’t blame the employees. My question is: why? The Robeks on Estrella Parkway has numerous employees, and will get orders out quickly. This location does not. If you really need Robeks, especially on the weekends, be prepared to wait a while at this location.

I frequent this location two to three times a week. The staff pretty much knows me. I typically receive great service and my order made correctly with the exception of evenings and on Sundays. I’ve ordered the past few Sundays and the same male employee is usually working. My experience whenever I order and he’s working, is not so great. Once, I waited 30 minutes for my order and people who ordered after me were served first. I asked to cancel the order and apparently you have to provide your phone number, wait for a manager to call you and receive a refund. It’s 2025 this is ridiculous. I literally just ordered today 11/2/2025 at 5:45PM and came home only to see hair in my bowl and yes the same guy was working. Idk if it’s night shift thing or what, but I’m done with this location. The hair strand is on the granola and cacao nibs. He never makes my order correctly or with the right proportion of ingredients like the ladies on day shift.

The service at this Robeks was some of the quickest I've ever experienced. It was literally less than 5 minutes after I ordered, and my drink was ready. And I ordered the largest size that they offer. The place was very clean, and employees we service oriented. Looking forward to returning.
