Me and my husband were excited to try smash burger for the first time we arrive at 7:50pm Sunday June 8th. We were told they are deep cleaning was told we had to wait 20-30min before Can order the girl didn’t seem sure of wait time.Thats not right if your open your supposed to be ready to serve your customers. Seemed they were only concerned about getting to leave early me and my husband left and went somewhere else.

Good food, good time, cashier seemed a little hostile but it was the end of the day so I don't blame her wish we could have had a shake but we were too late they stop serving them at 8:40pm. Hamburger was delicious would definitely come back I really enjoyed the fries and bacon.

I recently visited Smashburger in Tolleson, and it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had. Despite the premium prices, the food grossly underdelivered. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which arrived with a basic spread of mayo and a few pickles—hardly the flavorful meal I expected.
I also tried the cheeseburger, and it was far from appetizing. The patty was smothered in mustard—so much so that it overwhelmed any potential taste of the other ingredients. As if the food wasn’t disappointing enough, the fries left me equally let down. They were served in a very small portion, and to make matters worse, you have to pay separately for them, which only compounds the overall lack of value.
The service didn’t help either. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, creating an overall atmosphere that felt cold and unwelcoming. When both the food and the service fail to impress, it’s hard to justify even a second visit.
Overall, my experience at this location fell drastically short of expectations. With blandly prepared food and extra charges on sides, combined with poor service, I can not recommend Smashburger in Tolleson to anyone looking for a quality meal or a pleasant dining experience.

Awesome people behind the counter and at the grill! They are always very inclusive Ave make you feel at home. Today I had one of the best burgers ever, cooked by Jesus because I had to ask! This is the only restaurant that I've ever been to that your burger looks better than the picture every time!!! Thank you guys!

We drove across town to eat at this location after hearing some devistating news and arrived at 915 to order 2 burgers just to be told they were closed. Please change the times! Employees weren't kind about the fact that they close early either... very disappointed.

This Smashburger location never disappoints! The customer service was friendly, fast, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even checked in to see if I needed anything else.
The burgers are cooked to perfection. Every bite was juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The fresh toppings and soft yet slightly crispy bun took it to the next level. I also loved how customizable everything was, making it easy to get exactly what I wanted.
Smashburger is always worth the visit. Highly recommend

This place has gone down hill! I will not return here. Our food was drenched in oil. The tator tots were drenched, the fries, and the Brussel sprouts were all drenched in oil. They basically didn't strain it. We told the manager, Roselen(not sure if she gave her real name), and she didn't even apologize or ask to redo the order or anything.

Awesome Spicy Jalapeno burger with gluten free bun! My son loves the Smash Fries. I appreciate the food and service here.
Dietary restrictions: Appreciate the gluten free bun option. Always nice to have bread instead of a lettuce wrap.

We came in for dinner last night and we were happy they weren't busy. However, my burger came out slopped together and our fries were drowning in oil. My husband's burger was great, but with such high prices and not being busy, all of the food should've been outstanding. Won't be back.

I like the burgers and food here but seems like they run out of product on Sunday evenings. This is the second Sunday I’ve tried ordering around 6:30 and when i get there they canceled my order because they didn’t have any product so made the trip for nothing and it didn’t tell me my order was canceled. Last Sunday it didn’t t even let me order.
