Wish I could attempt to try the burgers if the shop didn’t close early!! Genuinely I got off a long day of work just wanting a smash burger maybe meal if I seen what it’d come with only to arrive 30 minutes before they close they shut shop down early i suppose when they are open from 10-9;30 super unfortunate they dont like making money.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
The wait was extremely long, and instead of working, several of the young women in the back were dancing, yelling, laughing loudly, and using profanity in front of customers. At one point, the cashier loudly announced they were not taking customers unless it was a cashless order with the BOGO deal. Two men in front of us and another customer behind them left due to the confusion and delay.
When we finally ordered and asked to use the BOGO promotion, the cashier acted as if she had no idea what we were talking about, despite having a printed copy of the promotion right in front of her. She questioned whether the offer was valid, asked if it was from Instagram, and implied it wasn’t acceptable. I had to show her the Smashburger website before she went to ask another employee in the back—who was loudly singing, yelling, and calling coworkers inappropriate names instead of helping or making food.
After all of that, the cashier ended up using the code from her own printed sheet, which could have been done from the beginning instead of making it seem like we were making it up.
The fries were stale, though the burger itself was actually very good. Unfortunately, the food isn’t enough to make up for the unprofessional behavior, excessive wait time, and chaotic environment. Between the yelling, profanity, and poor service, I wouldn’t recommend this location. There are plenty of better options nearby like In-N-Out or Raising Cane’s that value customers’ time and provide a much better experience.

I was dining in. However I could not enjoy my food because the cook with the leopard bandana and black painted nails kept chewing very loud and was popping his gum. It was very obnoxious and left me feeling overwhelmed.

The burger we ordered was great, the hotdogs were just falling apart. The restaurant was a mess, no tissue paper in the restroom and a few employees were walking around in pajamas and slippers.. even had exta slippers in the hallway. Not very professional and seemed like no management was here to set order.. Will not return to this location I had to go back on here And add that I got a reply on Google maps instructing me to email them directly and no one ever replied..

You will get a better burger at Burger King. I only came because I had a gift card. My burger was sloppy and the bread was soiled. They need better bread and better flavor on the meat. Will not be coming back.

We stopped in for my daughter’s birthday and Louis and KeiAna went above and beyond to make sure everything went right including accommodating for a gluten allergy. Honestly some of the best service Ive had in ages and I am really grateful for everything they did. Amazingly friendly staff and the food was delicious.

I visited Smashburger and was warmly greeted by the manager Luis. He’s hospitable, personable and remembers your face. He recommended the Smokin Good Smoked Brisket Bacon Smash. He said they keep selling out of it. It was delicious! They also have a good selection of cold beverages including my favorite Açaí Vitamin water.
