Stopped at this Starbucks ( its new) from leaving Mesa ,Arizona need some more Coffee ☕, for the loooong drive back to LA ,Calif. Your manager was so nice ( he was from Simi Valley) ! Nice big , lots of parking too , everyone was careing ! Definitely my stop at the 10 & Hilton !
My new associate and I went there for coffee while I was out after doing medical and the manager took over the order and made the best coffee latte with. I mean just like I remember decades ago when I was cab driving friendly people and the best little croissants you could possibly want to sink your teeth in
The barista did not know what he was doing. He was not new, he was just not good at his job. He was very nice and was trying but just didn't know how to ring up the drinks or understand a very simple syrup question and 2 of our 4 drinks were wrong even after over explaining them to the barista. Again nice guy but not good for a busy Starbucks.
