Just ordered 2 sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot longs and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad at 1:20pm today 4/13/26 for pick up and the salad was missing the chicken. That salad cost me 8.99. I’ll never do that again!
Ruby was an excellent help, the other woman she was working gave an attitude, to not only me but towards another customer. She had an earbud in her ear, and I tried to get her attention many times! Super weird atmosphere, she wasn’t understanding, and she had bad communication skills. Overall just a weird and bad experience, will definitely not go to this location again.
Cynthia, the wonderful professional sandwich creator at this location, is simply the best part of my lunch experience. I don’t write reviews often. Actually, this is my first. But Cynthia was so friendly and so considerate in making sure she’s giving the freshest ingredients.
