Wet Burrito
3 eggs scrambled, ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo hash browns, and cheddar cheese then comes with a side of our own warm homemade salsa.
Eggs Benedict
The traditional eggs benedict. A toasted English muffin, grilled honey cured ham and 2 poached eggs covered with hollandaise sauce. Served with hash browns. Add avocado for an addtional charge.
Diced Ham and Scrambled Eggs
3 eggs scrambled with chunks of ham. Served with hash browns and toast or buttermilk biscuits.
Breakfast Quesadilla
A grilled tortilla filled and folded with chopped bacon, tomato, onion, 3 scrambled eggs, hash browns and cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses. Comes with a small salsa on the side.
Dan's Burrito
A tortilla rolled with 3 scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, onion, tomato, pepper jack cheese and shredded hash browns. Small salsa on the side.
Southwest Benny

Went on Friday morning. Was not super busy. Waitress was very attentive. Just took quote a while to get food out. Food was awesome as usual. Pancakes are big and delicious. Green chile omelet was awesome.

Absolutely love this hidden gem! We always eat here during the NASCAR race weekend. The portions are big and the food is great. I had liver and onions last time, and it was very tasty and tender. Sometimes it takes a while to get your food, but it's made to order from scratch, so it's worth the wait. The servers are great too! If you're an early bird, they open at 5am. 5 stars all around! I hope they're around for a long time to come. Places like this are...

Our server Maria was excellent.
Now to the bad part. We had filthy plates. Along with dirty cups. Maria replaced them.
We also waited 30 minutes for our food and as I started to enjoy it, I found a gray hair which belonged to the rude cook in the back who didn't have a hairnet on. This used to be our favorite spot. They are not performing at a high standard. Unsanitary. No apologies whatsoever.
