Not a good sushi restaurant. Starting with the good, server was very nice and attentive. Limited saki options (most were flavored if you’re into that) but the one we got was really good, probably one of my top 5 faves.

We had the all you can eat sushi bar. The chef (Devon) preparing our fresh sushi was amazing. He was quick, friendly, despite how busy he was. My only complaint is that the server who brought us our drinks and appetizers never checked on us. Other than that, the food was anazing.

We had such a great experience at Trapper Sushi Co.! We went on a weekend and were pleasantly surprised to learn that kids under 11 eat FREE on Sundays, which made this an even better value for our family.

We chose the $22 all-you-can-eat option, which included a great variety of food. There were plenty of hot appetizers, including gyoza, calamari, and some really unique options, along with a large selection of sushi. There was definitely something for everyone,...
