Karlie or Carly, provided outstanding customer service during my visit. She was extremely kind, respectful, and went above and beyond to make my experience great. Customer service like hers is hard to come by, and she deserves recognition (and a promotion to management if she isn't one already!). Thank you for making my day, Karlie!
I've been camping a few miles behind this McDonald's for about 5 days now and everytime I order something, it's spot on I always customize everything I order, everything has been right every single time. The French fries have always super hot, fresh and perfectly salty everytime.. Customer service has been awesome and the place is always clean. One of the best McDonald's I've been to.
Dougie was so sweet, he’s genuinely the best mcdonald’s worker i’ve ever met. I came in for breakfast after I had a horrible morning already and just got done crying. He called out my number and name with the sweetest voice. He saw my face and said “here you go honey have a great day” And just that small gesture changed my entire day.
