El Asadero is a fantastic hidden gem that deserves the spotlight. I’ve been searching for a long time in the area amd East Tucson for a good carne asada burrito, but I had almost given up and settled into mediocrity. Until today. The Carne Asada at El Asadero was amazing. Pair that with the kind, hard working owners and you have something truly special to go out of your way for. You don’t want to miss this one. I know I will be returning.
The food is excellent. The little street tacos are delicious!!! The surf and turf burrito is delicious! Green Chile corn tamales are good. We will definitely go back, especially for the taco deals. Service is a little slow because they make everything when you order so I recommend to call and order ahead. There is some seating outside and they do have a tent for shade. Go try it for yourself!
My family and I got our food to go. Driving home, the smell was incredible. We got home and not to my surprise but the first bite of the tacos was amazing! We will be back for more because everything was delicious!!!!
