I had a great experience at Jack in the Box thanks to the excellent customer service. Christina and the staff was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. They greeted me with a positive attitude and kept everything moving quickly, even during a busy time. It really made a difference and shows they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Our service was fine, other than we ordered a burger without cheese but we were given a burger with cheese. The jalapeño poppers cheese seemed old. The lettuce on my tacos was brown and wilted. Just disappointed.
Rebecca and her crew tonight were amazing and absolutely fantastic! She was so helping and getting everyone on there way with a smile. My daughter did happen to have an accident in the bathroom and I went to help clean and she said that it’s her job and she would clean it up with a smile things happen and little kids can’t control a upset stomach!
