Driving through.. stop for hot coffee asked for caramel macchiato hot , worked said machine wasn't working !!!! so I order a hot reg coffee and got cold old coffee .. very disappointed!!

Staff is always amazing. They rub out of things quite quickly this however isn't the Starbucks fault it is the store manager Josh. They finally got a new espresso machine it's about time. There are some issues with the kiosk it's self like it's way to small and understaffed often. And there is a leak in the ice machine that seend water under and out the other side of the kiosk. Get it together there is enough freeway traffic to justify a new kiosk.

Horrible place, young ladies there all standing around just gossiping before we made our order l, didn't get 2 orders right, Frappuccino wasn't even at full, didn't ad chocolate chips to both Frappuccino, didn't put chocolate syrup in cup as requested and they were kinda pushing at a tip afterwards???.. no wayy... start bucks in Benson is horrible for sure
