KEEP NOLAN HIRED! My mom was having a rough day and she asked about some drinks and he patiently and clearly explained it. I also get a vanilla bean frappe almost everytime at Starbucks and I can safely say this was the best tasting one yet! Then he wrote a nice word on our cups with a smiley face and she said it made her day. He had GREAT customer service and excellent coffee making skills. TIP HIM!
Wow. I am sitting here drinking my SB coffee and watching one of the hardest working employees i have ever seen and his name is Dillin. He’s here by himself, on a busy Sunday afternoon, with a splint on his hand and he has yet to get an order wrong or fail to greet each customer with a smile on his face. He is very efficient and fast. I don’t know how he does it. Pretty amazing individual (and, no, I’m not related to him!).
