This was the worst one we have been in, no counter service, had to use kiosk to order and they were dirty from all the finger prints, get some more people working and do away with kiosk, saw a couple of people come in and left because the young manager said he couldn't take their orders, but yet he was at a register and changed the money drawer. Doesn't make sense, they need to clean this one up for sure. And we won't be stopping at that one again. And all we ordered was drinks,
Waaaay overpriced for a McDonald's. I guess the price varies depending on where you are. And Benson isn't Paris, France. But when you see the price, you'll search for a famous Tower.

At this McDonald's service is ok most of the time. And sometimes, employees don't know that they have certain things on the menu and it's irritating to have to ask for a manager in order to get the 1 thing I get every single week. It's the cookie tote, by the way, 13 FRESH BAKED chocolate chip cookies. I've never been inside, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.
