I'd say about 1/3 of the time my order is wrong at this location. Today I picked up a GrubHub order and once I checked the items I realized one thing was missing (no biggie). So, I go back and pull to the drive through window and let them know of the missing item. The lady that met me to see what was missed was immediately reactive and defensive. Went to drive thru. The person taking the order and the window seem in a hurry. I ask IS THERE SAUCE IN THE BAG?? He said YES. I pull away. Check bag. No sauce. Called and went back. The Manager didn't seem to care. Very disappointing. Also no butter it honey for my hard biscuit.

I am beyond happy with the service I received today. I normally wouldn't be able to eat taco bell. The amazing girl in the back preparing the food made me a burrito I could eat, and it was FANTASTIC! I can't thank her enough for being so great!
