I'd say about 1/3 of the time my order is wrong at this location. Today I picked up a GrubHub order and once I checked the items I realized one thing was missing (no biggie). So, I go back and pull to the drive through window and let them know of the missing item. The lady that met me to see what was missed was immediately reactive and defensive. I told her what was missing, and she immediately argued with me like I was lying (even though the item is clearly printed on the reciept). I show her my paid order receipt and she called for someone to go get the missing item *didn't even apologize*. She then proceeded to argue with me as to whether the sauce (which is a FREE item) was in the bag or not. I told her verbatim "I'm not arguing with you, I just want what I paid for." My tone was definitely aggitated by this point, but my tone wasn't raised. She accused me of yelling at her and then argued with me about the *FREE* sauce more as she FINALLY handed me the last item in my order. Thie food here is typically decent, and the service is okay for the most part. The lady today though? Awful attitude and customer service. I should have gotten her name. I will find myself hard-pressed to ever go back.Clearly no one double checked the order.

Went to drive thru. The person taking the order and the window seem in a hurry. I ask IS THERE SAUCE IN THE BAG?? He said YES. I pull away. Check bag. No sauce. Called and went back. The Manager didn't seem to care. Very disappointing. Also no butter it honey for my hard biscuit.

Food was not hot. This was our 2nd time to give this restaurant a try. I had tacos and just not good. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But same thing. Told the person who took our order. He did not offer to do anything. Best thing was the iced tea.

Love their power bowls! Don't think it showed up on their menu, but just ask for it. Nice and clean place. Staff was great too!

This is a KFC too and they are always out of food items. In fact they sold us one potpie when we wanted two and would have had to wait 30 minutes get it. Then they gave our potpie to a drive through customer. So we did get to pick out a higher value item as compensation.

The price for the size and quantity is ridiculous. My five layer burrito that came in my $10 combo is just over the size of a sauce packet. Yes that's an actual photo. Only good thing about this location is the customer
