DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM AT THE COPPER QUEEN HOTEL. We made a reservation for a room a month ago (7/28/25) to stay one night on 8/30/25. We would be visiting family in McNeal and they didn't have room. So yesterday (8/30/25) I reached out to the front desk at the Copper Queen hotel to let them know we would be arriving later that evening, but it would be before the 11:00pm cut-off. Overcharged for the room we were moved to, Noisy, unruly people in the bar until 2am, dirty room, no working television, restaurant service good from wait staff but slow kitchen. No response from management.
