We came here for Thanksgiving dinner, on recommendation from our hotel. The service was lackluster at best. Someone dumped buffet tickets at our table without a word, so we were left to guess how the dinner system worked. No cutlery until we got up and asked for it. All the staff we encountered seemed disinterested and/or spaced out, creating an awkward atmosphere. The icing on the cake came when they added a 20% gratuity to our check without even telling us ahead of time that...
We came here for a sister's trip. I have had a lot of issues with my stomach Kelly and Tell were so sweet to us. I brought in a can of broth and asked if they could open it for me. Instead they went above and beyond heated it up and made it taste amazing! Absolutely love them!
