If you’re into coffee, then this place is for you! You can tell they care about their craft here at Allen & Co Coffee. We tried several coffee shops around Bisbee, and can say for certain that Allen & Co is the best in town. We went back several times. They have house made syrups, and the drinks are moderately sweet. This is a delightful little shop tucked away in downtown Bisbee. We dropped by the day after Valentines and it was absolutely packed. The staff were very nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is super modern and trendy. I definitely enjoyed the coffee cake <3
