This place is so cute on the inside, it for sure has its own unique Bisbee appeal. But the lady taking our order was talking over us, yelling about the elections and this and that, the entire time we tried to order. I asked several times for almond milk instead of regular milk and they made a comment that made me feel guilty for asking for almond milk, then guess what...I got all the way back to my room and my drink was made with whole milk and straight to the trash it went.

Terrible customer service!!! The food was way overpriced, couldn’t purchase a regular cup of coffee at 1 pm, yet the business is open until 3 pm. The barista had a snooty attitude with us tourists. She was very friendly with her non-masks wearing local friends but when she brought our food to us outside, she didn’t inquire if we needed anything else or bring napkins to the table after being tipped 20% at checkout. She didn’t come back outside to check on us. We would have brought our plates inside but decided to leave them on the table. Advice: tip in cash and after you are done with your dinning experience especially if you are from out of town.

Now this place was perfect ,good coffee ,great employees and from a sandwich to a bowl of yogurt with fruit and they have a nice restroom .and if lucky you can buy a fancy hat for Five bucks .

Came to get coffee was outside not wearing mask. As you know it not legal to require mask city wide. We were not in the business and where refused service. Possibly the worst customer service I have received in my lifeNeeded to revise they would not serve my girlfriend who was wearing a mask I was outside not wearing mask.Thank you for responding I was not ask to put on a mask. She was refused service while I was in street. The governor does not have the right to mandate dress code. A mask falls under dress code.So the response that I was ask is in accurate ?. The person at the shop was portentous. Your response is not a surprise since you assumed fact that where incorrect.

I was blown away by this little gem! The breakfast sandwich had this great aoli on it worthy of a far bougie-r place. The chai was the best I've had in a long time if a bit too sweet. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Good coffee, great atmosphere, and welcoming employees! This is one awesome coffee shop. Not only is there a decent selection of coffees but the menu should not be passed up either.I had an Americano and breakfast sandwich and my husband had a freshly brewed coffee and an R&B bowl. Both were delicious! Yes, we took a bite of each others breakfast.It was a great morning to go in and relax, enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee...or two.Once again, the customer service and friendliness was there. The Bathtub Coffee shop is also pet friendly. It was great to see the well mannered pets that came in with their owners.We will definitely be returning to the Bathtub Coffee shop on our next visit to Bisbee, AZ.
