Some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. I love this place!
Both the market and restaurant are great. We had a couple different burritos that were large and so delicious. Then went into the shop to restock. They have so many great vegan staples as well as vegan and local ones too. Definitely recommend.

Poco Restaurant + Market is a great place offering vegan treats and in-house made delicious food. It is the best small town natural foods market with unique vegan goodies and a variety of beverage options. The cafe serves massive and delicious chimichangas, nachos, and vegan enchiladas that cater to all dietary preferences. The food is so fresh and delicious, with large serving sizes. They have excellent house made potato salad and a thoughtfully sourced array of hipster snacks balanced with everyday staples, including many great vegan and local ones. The fresh made carrot cake is possibly the best ever had. The staff is super friendly, making visitors feel lucky to have found this gem in Bisbee.
