Be sure to book a reservation to this popular eatery ahead of time. Fortunately there were 2 empty seats at the bar and we didn't have to endure a 2 hour wait. Whitney the bar-tender kept our bubbly flowing which was a nice Italian Prosecco. Next we enjoyed an icy cold sorbet ball to clear our palates after salad. Had a wonderful evening at Cafe Roka celebrating my friends birthday. I had a reservation and we were seated right away. The ambiance was perfect. Beautiful building, nice decorations, and the table was beautifully set. Our server Paloma was very friendly, knowledgable, and attentive to all of our needs. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to the dessert. We will be back on our next visit to Bisbee.

I love Cafe Roka. The chef is a former vegan so he knows how to prepare some very delicious vegan meals. Make sure to give them a heads up if you are vegan, so he can prepare food for you.
