Bisbee is the epitome of a southwest mining town in terms of architecture, history in a variety of (not consistently legal) pursuits. Anyone interested in American history owes it to themselves to visit Bisbee.

When your hikes and mine explorations are done for the day, see if you can best me in a game of 8 Ball at any one of a variety of evening establishments. Otherwise, enjoy Bisbee!
Mitzi was SO nice, the food was excellent, and do not miss the home made pie! The loaded biscuits and gravy were excellent and the largest biscuits I've ever seen! The French toast is made with real French loaves and cinnamon with homemade syrup. This may be the best breakfast I've ever eaten in my life! It was worth the 10-minute wait for a table. It's always packed!
My wife and I had breakfast here after a morning at the range. Great service. Food came out quickly. The big biscuits and gravy were the best I’ve had in a while. She got an omelette which was very fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back.
