My best friend and I stayed at the Shady Dell over the weekend. We had breakfast at the diner. We also were lucky enough to get a reservation for the pop up dinner service. Let me say that it was Fabulous from the staff serving us to the food!! The dinner allowed Kim and I to both enjoy. Kim is vegetarian. We will be back because it was so much fun!!! Hope the bar trailer is open next time.
Had lunch and then walked around. Food was great and the people very friendly and accommodating. Very cool vibe.
The burger and fries every very good as was the service. There is no place to eat inside but there are picnic tables with umbrellas and even on a hot day it didn't feel bad. Its not a fancy place but it was a worthy place for a stop.

Dot's Diner is a great place that offers exceptional food and service. Their burgers, including the best BLT ever, are a must-try. The diner uses fresh ingredients and fresh squeezed lemon juice in their dishes. The hospitality is top-notch, with friendly staff providing excellent service.
They have several vegan and vegetarian options, with the crispy tofu bites being a favorite. The diner also offers occasional Saturday night fixed-price dinners, which usually include a vegetarian option.
Dot's Diner is a true hidden gem, offering a dining experience that sets a standard for all other meals. The atmosphere is incredible, the service is great, and the food is freshly cooked. The huevos rancheros was amazing and the brisket breakfast tacos were heavenly. The bacon is thick cut and perfectly flavored. The Bloody Mary is great and the local roasted coffee is fantastic. It is a nice outdoor eating option attached to a vintage trailer park. The staff is as fantastic as the food. This place is truly a hidden gem.
