Service wasn't great but food and drinks are on point, best blt! Atmosphere is adorable but staff and owner/maybe manager should learn Service with a smile and a nicer tone.

Even if you're a guest at The Shady Dell and every table is open, do not attempt sitting down even a minute before official opening time. Hopefully, the control freak server doesn't work there anymore and hasn't starting working a position with actual power. I couldn't review the food because my experience was ruined before having the chance to eat.

Great place, great burger, great fries, great service, but the economy is going to kill little places like this. 2 burgers and fries, no drinks, was just under $50 after tax and tip. That is about $25 a burger. It just doesn't pay to go out and eat anymore.

The owner/manager was friendly and welcoming along with the wait staff. The atmosphere was open and comfortable. Unfortunately the food wasnt to our liking. The burger was extremely greasy as though it sat in grease bucket prior to frying and the meat was grey. Wasnt cooked to order. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich which he thought tasted okay. The next day he had food poisoning. We were very excited to eat here after reading the reviews but left unsatisfied. May have been an off day for them but we got the bad end of the stick. Thankfully, my order was taken off the bill so we appreciate that.

Wow, this place is an absolute must. Their food and hospitality is top notch. I have never in my life had a better burger. I would highly recommend it, if you are visiting Bisbee or Tombstone to make the time to stop here.

From out of state. Stopped in on the way through town.Great ice tea, with fresh squeezed lemon juice.Ordered a Ruben. They accidentally served us a BLT. Ok no worries, looks good we'll eat it. The boss comes over and apologizes and tells us the meal is free. My Dad says no the BLT is wonderful and we will pay. Jennifer informed my Dad that she is the boss, her word goes and we can pay for our drinks.Highlight of our day.

Review for Dot's Diner at The Shady Dell⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐As a Bisbee local and business owner, I've had the good fortune to dine at virtually every restaurant in our charming town. However, my recent special event experience at Dot's Diner was a standout that deserves particular acclaim. ?️Tucked away in The Shady Dell, Dot's Diner isn't just a dining spot; it's a culinary gem that brings the best of local and global flavors to our doorstep. Chef Josh Levine, with his roots in Portland, Oregon, wowed us with a specially curated three-course tasting menu. The starter, a mushroom soup with locally sourced mushrooms, set a high standard with its depth of flavor. The main course, a beautifully cooked pistachio-crusted rack of lamb, was complemented by a delicate parsnip garlic puree. And the finale, a red wine poached pear with mascarpone cream, was nothing short of divine. ?‍?The ambiance under the heated outdoor event tent was both cozy and vibrant, a perfect reflection of Bisbee's unique spirit. The carefully selected music added to the sense of community and celebration that defines our town. ?A nod to Jennifer Garland, the wizard behind the curtain, for her impeccable management. Her role in orchestrating such flawless evenings contributes significantly to the diner's warm and welcoming atmosphere. ?The service at Dot's Diner is a highlight in itself. The team’s knowledge and enthusiasm for their menu bring an extra layer of delight to the dining experience, making each guest feel both valued and informed. ?To those contemplating a move to Bisbee, this experience at Dot's Diner is a testament to the rich, diverse culture and culinary excellence you'll find here. It's a prime example of how our small town punches above its weight, offering world-class dining experiences that rival those of larger cities. ?In Bisbee, we're blessed with talent and dedication that enriches our community life. Dot's Diner, with its exceptional food, ambience, and service, epitomizes the passion and spirit of our little corner of Arizona. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐@realtor.frankie.flanders ?‍?

Had brunch here, great food and fabulous service. There’s a lot of choice in Bisbee but this place is great and also in such a unique and gorgeous setting.

This place is too cute! We just had a fabulous meal, reminiscent of the old fashioned shiny dinner but with a twist -we ate outside in a toasty heated event tent, with laid back people and cheap but delicious cocktails! Once I explained to the server, clearly, about my food allergy, she went over the moon to help me choose something safe for me to eat. If you're looking for a lighter, healthier alternative, I'd probably pass, but otherwise, it's the hangover breakfast you're looking for. I'd definitely recommend!

Simple but good, would recommend. I had the chicken sandwich. Sat outside with a unique view of the cemetery.
