The customer service and coffee are exceptional! I recently placed an order, but made a mistake on the shipping address. I called, and Seth cheerfully took care of it before it shipped. I received the coffee the next day. The Sumatra is incredible and my new favorite. I love that it is dark and has that wonderful chocolate taste, but is still so smooth! Try it with a dash of cardamom, if that's your thing. :)
I first tried Old Bisbee Roasters when I went to Bisbee for the weekend. I really enjoyed talking to the owner, who was very knowledgeable and generous to let us try various types of beans. The quality is great. I got the variety pack and it is wonderful. I am excited to try coffee from different areas of the world. The 1/2 lb bags fit perfectly in my espresso machine's hopper. We love Seth's coffee. When in Bisbee be sure and stop by his storefront. He offers free espresso shots so you can try his coffee. We buy the sample pack so that we can have a variety. He's so knowledgeable about coffee and he roasts it all right on the premises.
