I visited the Spirit Room with friends while staying at the Copper Queen Hotel. We wanted to try it out for the experience, but unfortunately, the wait to be seated took quite a while as well as our time to be served. We had to box up our meal due to our close checkout time.

We came here for Thanksgiving dinner, on recommendation from our hotel. The service was lackluster at best. Someone dumped buffet tickets at our table without a word, so we were left to guess how the dinner system worked. No cutlery until we got up and asked for it. All the staff we encountered seemed disinterested and/or spaced out, creating an awkward atmosphere. Well we were greeted by Kelly and she was super nice, told pizza or entrees OR drafts all unavailable! Ordered turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries and have been waiting 1/2 hour! Kelly informed us that the fryer is not work so cook is frying fries in fry pan each order! Pretty disappointing….. visiting from Chicago with local family, unfortunately won’t revisit here. NOT WORTH $17 for this sandwich!
