This place has great service and great food. I had the medium rare filet which was cooked perfectly and the cava, which was delicious. They served us a salad and sorbet which were also very good. It's a pricey but worthwhile experience.

My wife and I went here on a recommendation of the Letson and it was totally worth every penny. I got the seafood special and it was awesome! The restaurant was clean and the service was great. Our meals started with a salad, followed by a mint sorbet to cleanse our pallet, telling our dish. The prices were high, but rightfully so. Probably the best restaurant in Bisbee!

Excellent! We had a wonderful waitress, great wine and delicious food! I had gnocci that was some of the best I've had. My husband had a seafood special with perfectly cooked seabass, crab cake, and shrimp. Definitely the best option in town! Get a reservation it gets booked up quick!

This was an impeccable dining experience. Paul was a fantastic server, the food was incredible, drinks were extremely tasty, ambiance and music were tasteful.
We had the pequillo peppers and short rib ravioli for appetizers, I need a bucket of the sauce that was on the ravioli. We had the daily special, the sea bass and seafood plate and the filet mignon. Every single thing was cooked and seasoned to perfection, right down to the vinaigrette on the house salad. The creme brulee was spectacular, with the perfect crispy sugar crust on top.
My favorite drink of the night was the espresso martini, my husband had two of the Metropolis, which were delicious.
Overall, there is a good reason this place is on Arizona's best 100 restaurants, it is absolutely fantastic. 100/10, will absolutely return again when we come back.

Every single item from the lobster ravioli to the beef short rib was cooked to perfection. The lemon cream sauce that came with the seafood special was unique and flavorful. The appetizer sampler was heavenly. Especially the marinated, stuffed pablano peppers.
The wine selection is robust and the local red they sell in house is a bargain at 35 dollars a bottle. We were so full from the dinner we didnt get to try the dessert.
The service was outstanding, despite no reservation on a Saturday we scored a table on the second floor overlooking the restaurant. We thought we had the best seat in the house till we realized Roka has 3 stories and the third floor overlooks Bisbees main street. Incredible experience. We say top 5 meals we've ever had in terms of taste.

Always superior service, food and drinks.. comfortable atmosphere….better than average full bar. Wine Selection excellent. It’s kind of an adult only place ….We ate the lobster and shrimp ravioli, moroccan chicken, Fillet of soul. All were delicious well plated… top notch.

A multi-course meal might not be what you are expecting to find in Bisbee, but we left full and satisfied. The lobster ravioli was delicious. There was a great selection of wine. Expect a leisurely meal, as you would at this type of restaurant. It's an upscale meal at an upscale price, but without being too pretentious.

Chique yet modern. The food was excellent as well as the service. Zia, Kennedy and three others I didn't get the names of shined throughout the dining experience and went above and beyond when one of my party had a mild allergic reaction. This is the place to dine!!!
