We came down to Bisbee from Phoenix during the week and NOTHING was open! But Contessa Cantina was. Being life-long Arizonan’s we are pretty jaded on Mexican food and weren’t expecting much. We were so wrong! The food is amazing! The place is so cute! The staff is so friendly! Highly recommend! A must on any Bisbee trip. Try the Senorense enchiladas — you can’t get them in Phoenix.
