Thuys the most wonderful person with the most wonderful restaurant EVER! I have the same thing for about 6 months before I’ll try something different and I’ll only have that for the next 6 months. I’ve been eating at Thuys for 13 years and it’s always wonderful. Thank you! Grant

Thuy's Noodle Shop offers an impressive Vietnamese dining experience with a casual atmosphere. The standout dish is the bahn mi, which has been highly praised. The chicken curry and the vegan curry are another must-try, known for great flavor with the right amount of spice. The pho was very good with noodles that were the saving grace. However, the spring rolls have received mixed reviews. Thuy's Noodle Shop is commended for its very nice staff, though some waiters were not friendly. One oddity is that you have to go up to the register to pay. They have a cute little outside patio and parking is available.
