Thuys for the win, every time! Sometimes we drive 1.5 hrs from Tucson just to eat here then head back home. The red curry is always bubbling hot and generously portioned when it's served, so delectible we order more to take home. The fresh rolls are lovely, the flavors within so varied. Patience is helpful when they're slammed, but to me slammed means worth the wait.
Thuys the most wonderful person with the most wonderful restaurant EVER! I have the same thing for about 6 months before I’ll try something different and I’ll only have that for the next 6 months. I’ve been eating at Thuys for 13 years and it’s always wonderful. Thank you! Grant
We live in Phx but have a home in Bisbee. Thuy's is one of our favorite Bisbee places. We are huge Vietnamese food fans, we've traveled to Vietnam twice in over the last 5 years and can honestly say Thuy's is the real deal. Love their Port and Shrimp Spring rolls, Amazing Pho soups and love their carmalized Catfish.
