My tacos and enchilada with rice and beans were very good. My wife really liked her carne asada chimichanga. The waitress was very friendly and on top of her game. Dining on the patio with the cool breeze was perfect.
Bisbee restaurants have some odd days closed so we were happy we were in town on a day they were open. Short drive or longer walk from the core of town. Excellent food, margs and ships/salsa. Busy wait staff. Sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the hills.
Best molé I have ever had. I had already picked out another restaurant for dinner when we were exploring the town of Bisbee, and my husband suggested trying out Contessa’s. I am so glad that he did. I love authentic molé and order molé when I find it on the menu, but typically I am disappointed and few places live up to my expectations.When ordering a dish with 3 enchiladas I have never been able to finish all three, which is fine, because that means some yummy leftovers,...
