Jimmy's Hot Dog Co was a great find in Bisbee for a casual and satisfying meal. I really enjoyed the Chicago-style hot dog and the authentic flavors, especially the quality toppings and fresh-cut fries. This is a great Chicago-esque hit dog shop in the middle of the desert! If you are coming thtough area, you must stop. My wife had the Chicago dog, and I had the Kraut dog. They were phenomenal Vienna beef dogs. You must get the fries, they are exceptional. They also have a fishstick dog that looked interesting. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The shop is a little dated and the restrooms are outside around back. This is a must-stop if you are in the area.

Have never had anything bad here.
