Food soo good it will make your soul weep with joy!
We happened to stumble upon this food truck in Bisbee on our way to a mine tour. They were giving out free samples with some delicious pork… the whole tour I was thinking about this pork! We came back to eat after the tour and were blown away with how AMAZING this bbq is. It so truly so unique and flavorful, the quesadilla was one of the best i’ve ever had. Caught this truck in tombstone today after I was given a sample. Trust me when I say this is some of the best pork bbq we’ve had in years. I got a bbq pork sandwich, quesadilla and an order of ribs for the wife. The quality of the meat is out of this world. The flavor is perfect and it’s not drowned in sauce.
