We stopped in on the way to dinner at Cafe Roka (fantastic food, service and ambiance) and I'm glad we did. A terrific little shop that offers a plethora of cheeses along with wine, beer, crackers and more, including custom cheese & charcuterie platters & boards. The owner Barbara was fantastic. It was an absolute pleasure meeting her. Highly recommended if you love cheese and find yourself in Bisbee!
I will be coming back here! We heard about a ghost pepper cheese and knew we had to try it! My brother and I stopped here twice. Once to make a cheese plate that evening and a second time to take some home with us. Too good. And next time we'll be ordering a charcuterie board, which she makes herself. This shop has wine, crackers, olives, condiments, beer, and everything for a snack plate!
