Sadly, the restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but we enjoyed checking out the well-stocked grocery store. They have grab and go items, which is great.

Poco in Bisbee was a bit of a disappointment the first night when they closed earlier than expected—we were really counting on it for dinner as it’s the only vegan spot in town. But the next day, finally getting to try the food was so worth it! The dishes were delicious, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is great. We also loved exploring the vegan store attached. Definitely a must-visit for vegan travelers in Bisbee!
Kinda pricey, but I absolutely enjoy coming here for yummy Vegan food. I love that a place like this exists here for Plant based people to grab a bite to eat. There is always freshly made food ready to purchase.
The store/ restaurant is clean, neat, and tidy. The Cashiers are friendly and nice. Thank you guys for this lovely place.
