We popped into Beni’s Pizza & Diner while driving through Black Canyon City, and it was such a solid stop. The staff was super friendly and welcoming—it had that classic small-town diner vibe where everyone treats you like a regular.

We ordered the Monster Pie and made a little swap—pepperoncini instead of the sausage. Total win. The pizza came out loaded with fresh toppings like mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and olives, and the pepperoncini added the perfect tangy kick. The crust was golden and crisp, and the cheese was perfectly melty.

Also, drinks here are super affordable—beer, wine, and sodas all at prices that actually make you do a double take. If you’re anywhere near Black Canyon City, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Great food, great people, and a great price.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting a low-level circus. Our waitress was Amber however Michelle was working as well. We watched Michelle closely and waited however we didn't hear anything racist so we were disappointed. Our waitress was Amber, so given the bad reviews I was ready to pounce. While expecting to be blown off and my food to take forever, once again I was sadly disappointed. Amber was super attentive, very personable and did a wonderful job as our waitress! I don't even like pizza and their Pizza is the best I've ever had! The Waitresses are wonderful! We love the small town feel and the exceptional service! We are definitely telling everybody we know to come here and eat. Definitely worth the stop!

Definitely the best pizza in Yavapai County! Firm undercarriage, great ingredients! The service was great, our waitress Michelle even helped a handicap customer who was struggling with the door. Definitely a small town feel and the food is as good as the service.

Their wings are super tasty. The pie was crisp on bottom all the way thru to the middle and not soggy at all. Their sauce is very good. Wait staff were very friendly. Would eat there again.

Beni’s is hands down the best pizza spot in AZ. You can expect quality food and service, as michelle was very pleasant and always super helpful. Will be eating there again and again, and probably again!

Beni’s Pizza is such a great spot—awesome pizza, crispy garlic bread, and tasty calzones. The place has a laid-back, small-town vibe that makes you feel right at home. What really made our visit though was Michelle, she was amazing! She was quick and attentive which made the experience so much better. On top of that, she kept the beers coming which is always good. If you go, definitely hope Michelle’s working, she’s the best!

Michelle is a racist !!
I walked in the restaurant and I asked for a menu and the lady ask “Do you want to eat here “ . I was puzzled for a second because she said that like she didn’t want me to eat there. My thoughts were confirmed after a entire family of 5-6 people walked in after me and she ran to greet them , get them all drinks and take their food orders prior to saying anything else to me. I asked the lady for her manager she said that she was the manager I replayed everything that happened. She is a racist. DONT EAT HERE

The best pizza I’ve had for a long time. Totally took me by surprise how good that it was, the crust was crunchy and tasted good, sauce was tasty too. Was visiting someone who lives near there, I will order it again next time.

The “cook” or whoever makes those calls refused to make a pizza no crust ( just in a tin pan) because of a gluten allergy even though I offer to pay full price for the pizza . I just feel like it’s not asking that much to just put the toppings in a tin ( I was told “he will never do that angain because it sticks to the tin) and Throw it in the oven. After all , I’m the one eating it . Anyway ! The food is decent and the price is mediocre but the staff … they are very special :)

P.s
This same “cook “ refuses to cook my pizza well done because he says “ I’m burning it “ now mind you the cheese is barely melted on the gluten free pizza. I literally mean there is no color and it’s barely warm. And I know it’s really cliche but I am the paying customer and if I want to eat my food “burnt “ that’s my choice . I am after all the one eating it and most importantly PAYING for it . And I have never once asked for a discount. Simply no crust :)

The food was okay I guess. My pizza came out 25 minutes late, and it seemed as though everyone else's was coming out late too. The waitresses were rude and inattentive. Pizza was very overpriced. Will not return

I walked in wanting dine in and the male waiter walked right past me and continued to do so until I walked up to the register where another gentleman was busy trying to figure out how to get Pennie’s out of a paper roll before he decided to acknowledge me, after finally being sat down and given a menu and ordering the pizza and wings I ordered took 30 minutes to Arrive. The pizza was bland and lacked flavor it also seemed that they put very little toppings on what was called a “monster pizza” I think the locals in the area are what keeps this place in business because otherwise I don’t know who would pay to eat here
