“Great stop in Black Canyon City with really nice pies and a relaxed atmosphere. The apple pie was not overly sweet, more on the tart side, and I really enjoyed it. The coconut cream pie was unfortunately a bit too sweet for my taste.

The sit-down area is cozy but not air-conditioned, which can make it uncomfortable during hot Arizona days. Still, it’s a charming roadside stop and worth visiting if you’re driving through the area. The location itself is nice and feels like a hidden gem on the way north of Phoenix.

Overall, I’d recommend it for pie lovers, especially if you enjoy classic, not-too-sweet flavors.”

The staff is always friendly, the menu offers great options, and the portion sizes are just right — plus, I can’t resist the homemade fudge and the delicious pies, which are to die for!”
