The Pie Box is amazing! People say it is pricey but it’s some of the best pie in all of Arizona! I recommend the cherry pie, pecan pie, chocolate cream pie, and the Tennessee lemon pie.

Don't spend your money on the Peach or apple crumble pies. There is more crumble than filling. Very disappointing.

Brenda makes the best pies ever

Hands down the best banana cream pie I have ever tasted. Every bite was creamy, comforting, and just the right amount of indulgent. I would come back just for this pie!

Hands down the best banana cream pie I’ve ever had—and that’s saying a lot because I’ve tried many. The flavor, texture, and balance were absolutely spot on. If you’re ever passing through and you love banana cream pie, this is an absolute must-try. I can’t speak to the other flavors, but the banana cream alone is worth the stop.

Things have changed - worst pie crust ever,
fabulous cinnamon rolls.

I have been coming here for decades and recall when the original restaurant added a 3rd pie case, well before The Pie Box opened. I bring out-of-town guests here but admit it has been 2+ years. We entered and the first sense was a complete lack of butter scent in the air. In the past it was everywhere and I had told my guests about it. They looked at me with raised eyebrows. We selected Cherry pie and a Cinnamon roll for $43 total Tax/tip. At home the pie crust was DENSE and lacked any flakey texture or scent of butter. We did not finish it and were so disappointed

For years these have always been $30 pies but over the last 5 years I commend them for not raising prices yet finding other ways to cut costs to maintain a price point.

Bought a peach pie today. $30. Got home, ate a slice. Not very good. Too much pastry, not enough fruit, sort of dry. Not worth the high price
