A&L Water and Ice Cream

Please show your employees how to make a traditional banana split. Vanilla ice cream and 3 flavors. Strawberry, Chocolate and Pinapple. At least leave them a cheat sheet to use. Who shows up to work in Pajamas. Really??

My kids and I always get our water from here. I prefer alkaline water and they always have plenty. The store is clean and staff is kind. They also sell huge buckets of ice cream for a better price than Costco ! My kids and I love coming to your store! Thank you!

I bought a 20lb bag of ice and my daughter had a whole unused staple in her ice water she made with A&L ice. I called them to make them aware of this and all the girl said was “well thanks for letting us know” no apologies… smh do bettter. My daughter could have swallowed a staple off your negligence 🤬

The ice cream scoops have gotten smaller. Bit disappointed. They changed the cups they use for the ice cream to smaller ones. Maybe they thought no one would notice.

Agree with Jay Briggs. The employees could at least wait till the customers are gone to get on their phones.

I apologize for leaving such comments, but I leave them because I love this place and I would not want to stop bringing my business here. The kids just need some proper training on customer service and cleanliness.

I just come here for ice cream when I’m in Buckeye to visit family. I’d rather go here than Baskin honestly. I haven’t experienced the rude service yet from reading the reviews here. Their scoop prices are a little high than other water and ice places I’ve been to and have had a few moments where the ice cream were different consistencies each visit.

I come here to get my water specifically because of Valerie. I love the customer service I get. I GET a lot of alkaline water here because I trust Valerie. the most and she always makes sure I’m happy. Her service is great and so is the product here.

Valerie is amazing. I observed her dealing with an incredibly rude customer and she kept her composure and wasn’t rude at all. She was polite and did everything correctly. I’m so glad that you have stunning customer service .

Valerie is the reason I bring my business here and I always recommend them to this store and to make sure Valerie is there. She brings joy to this company.

Came in to get water employee name given was Valerie. Today at 1230 she was extremely rude and overcharged me when I mentioned it to her she argued with me and then when I showed her my receipt she stated I was still wrong and that was the price I showed her the price tag she still argued “I well that’s the price so” I stated it’s not every one is tagged the same price including box. She also didn’t put the money in drawer until I brought it up . She was rude since we walked in and she was in pajamas, I’ll assume this is same person prior reviews are talking about please do something about this employee or we will not be back.

The only place I trust to get my alkaline water and the throwback thrifty's ice cream bar is fantastic. Take me back to my childhood

Whoever owns or runs this place, I would monitor your employees phone use. This is the second time in a row. Was in today, girl didn't even make eye contact with me.....glued to her phone. Talked to me as if I was a bother to her phone time. Gen Z help is brutal

Use the water dispenser outside and the water kept going for a long time I filled up 2 water jugs and the water would not stop gonna have to wait till tomorrow to figure how I will be charged

It’s a good place to go to for water but the thing that really irritates me about the place is there are certain employees (young blonde teen) that likes to wait later to open up the store opens at eight but she likes to wait until almost 830 and I had to wait until 820 while the lady inside staring at me doing nothing other than her place is cool

We love coming here. The staff is so friendly! We have had numerous employees help us and we have a great experience each time. They always have ice, which is rare around here. The ice cream is yummy and they also have items from local businesses for sale (pistachios, freeze dried candy, honey). Very clean! We always recommend this place.

Very, very clean! Very, very OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! New to the area and coming here makes me feel like I've been coming here for years, from the young man I've came in contact with to the young lady and the (sorry) older lady that wears the dress she is always making sure its clean and smelling good! VERY FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love coming here!!! See you soon!!!
