After the employee scoops my two kids ice cream and I am about to pay. She then tells me we do not accept American Express and that the reason why is because American Express is taking their money. This is ridiculous. Only reason why paid with another card is because my kids were excited. I will never come back again. Almost felt like a trap. Please put a sign in the front when people walk in.

Wanted to buy an ice cream cake today, but this discount of 50% off the entire bill apparently doesn't apply to any of their cakes or pre packaged ice cream. I don't understand why it says "50% off entire bill" if it only applies to specific purchases. 👎🏻

I come here regularly & last night (8.11.2024) when I came for my usal “Cookie Monster” milkshake I noticed when I sat it down in my cup holder that there was quite a gap between the product and the cup. These milkshakes are almost $9 It would be nice to have a full milkshake.

Placed an order was not even ready. Was informed they couldn’t see it on there end so wasn’t able to help me. I showed my online order my form of payment and still the young girl was rude. If they are not happy with there job they need to find a new one where they are treated and trained better!

The girls running this place at night should not be working here. You've been here two times now and gotten the same terrible service. You feel rushed. You feel like you have inconvenienced them being there face work with an attitude. They are on their phone while you're deciding. When we left my 10-year-old daughter said I can't believe that you tipped them. That's pretty bad when she realizes it and I didn't even have to say anything.

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream and spend a lot of money there considering I have a big family. The other night there were just 5 of us but I still spent a good 40 dollars. Three out of five ice cream cups had long hairs in them it was disgusting. All of the workers had long hair no one had on a hair net. We didn't all pick the same flavor but seemed to have hair in our dipped cone cups anyway. I did inform the workers but it seemed like a joke to them. This is the kind of unsanitary procedures that cause a business to get a real bad reputation. No one wants to fail a health inspection.

The cookies and cream did not taste correct, it tasted like a mix of the bubble gum flavor and birthday cake flavors. And most other flavors have different flavors, my guess is they store the flavors next to each other and they start to taste stale.
